Terms of Service

Zumi is operated by Ubora One Limited. Last updated 21 August 2026.

1. Who we are

Zumi is operated by Ubora One Limited. By creating an account or using any part of Zumi — messaging, calls, status, communities, creator channels or commerce — you agree to these terms with Ubora One Limited.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country, and you must provide accurate information when you register.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use Zumi for fraud, harassment, spam, illegal content, or attempts to break, probe, or overload the service. We may suspend or remove accounts that put other people or the platform at risk.

4. Content and ownership

You keep ownership of what you create and share. You grant Ubora One Limited the limited licence needed to store, transmit, and display your content so the product works as intended.

5. Payments and creator commerce

Paid channels, tips, and other transactions are processed by our payment partners. Platform fees are shown before you confirm a payment. Refunds follow the rules of the relevant payment provider and applicable law.

6. Service availability

We work to keep Zumi reliable, but the service is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change, and planned maintenance or network conditions can interrupt calls and message delivery.

7. Termination

You may stop using Zumi at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached or where we are required to by law.

8. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to Ubora One Limited through the support channel in the app.
